It is one of the main applications of aesthetic dentistry. Composite laminate (bonding, composite lamine, composite fill) are aesthetic restorations made of composite material on the tooth surfaces in order to change the shape or colour of the tooth, enlarge it or fix it for aesthetic purposes without damaging the teeth.

The materials used for composite laminates are high-technology products and quite similar with the structure of the teeth. The change in colour on a laminate is same as the regular teeth. The staining possibility is reduced when the surface roughness is removed and the finishing is well done. Stains from external factors such as tea, coke, cigarettes and coffee can be eliminated.

Composite laminates can be used for many years with the oral care. However, it should not be eaten hard and shelled nuts, thick objects should not be bitten and broken by teeth. Composite laminates are durable when avoiding bad habits such as biting nails, pens, etc.

Porcelain laminates, also referred to as porcelain lamines, laminates, leaf porcelain, leaf teeth, porcelain lamine, veneers, are the most preferred aesthetic dental applications. Porcelain laminates are very thin porcelain coverings that can be applied to the front group of teeth for aesthetic purposes. Since it is thin, it is also known as leaf tooth or leaf porcelain.
The therapy is based on cutting the teeth with only a small amount of the front surface and covering them with laminate porcelain (laminate veneer).

Bad mouth odour or halitosis, as medical term, is a health problem. However, breath smell is not same with mouth odour.
In addition, bad mouth and / or breathing odour may be a sign of some important diseases. For this reason, it is important to find the cause of the odour.
Although it differs according to various sources, it is indicated that 80-90% of bad mouth odour is because of the in-mouth. Treatment of bad mouth odour by dentists is quite easy and short-term successful results can be obtained.
